Hotshot Orchestrator End-User Licence Agreement

This agreement is between you and Hüseyin Onur Tercan, trading as Hotshot Interactive ("we", "us"), a sole proprietor in the Republic of Türkiye. It covers the Hotshot Orchestrator application as we publish it on our download page and through in-app updates, including the programs bundled with it (the "app"). By installing or using the app you accept it. If you use the app for an organisation, you accept it for that organisation and confirm you may.

The optional Hotshot Sync service has its own Terms of Service. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.

1. Your licence

We give you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal or business work. The app is free to use; paid features (such as Hotshot Sync) are offered under their own terms.

You may not:

• sell, rent, lend or redistribute the app, or offer it as a hosted service to others;
• remove or change notices of copyright, licence or origin;
• circumvent licence checks or the limits of a paid plan;
• use the app to break the law or anyone else's rights, including the terms of the AI services and accounts you connect to it.

Reverse engineering is allowed only as far as the law allows it despite this restriction. The source code is available to read under the separate licence in the repository's LICENSE file; that licence, not this one, governs the code.

Third-party components inside the app are licensed by their authors under the licences listed in the app's About panel and in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. Nothing here limits your rights under those licences.

2. What the app does on your behalf

The app starts and coordinates AI agents (such as Claude Code, Codex CLI or other command-line programs) that you choose, install and sign in to yourself. Depending on what you allow, those agents can read and change files, run commands, use your accounts with third-party services, and, through the computer-use feature, see your screen and control the mouse and keyboard of the applications you approve.

You are responsible for what agents do on your devices and in your accounts. In particular:

• Review what you allow an agent to do, and keep backups. Agents make mistakes, and some actions (deleting files, pushing code, sending messages, spending money) cannot be undone.
• The AI services you connect (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and others) are provided by those companies under their own terms. You need your own account and plan with them; we are not a party to those agreements and do not provide or resell their models.
• Paired devices you give Control or Full access can run agents on this computer. Give that access only to devices you own and trust.

3. Tools, not advice

The app's features, including computer use and the legal-matter workspace, are tools. They do not give legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and their output (from agents or from the app itself, such as OCR text, summaries, chronologies, deadlines or document bundles) may be incomplete or wrong. The legal-matter workspace does not create a lawyer-client relationship with us. Check anything you rely on, and consult a qualified professional where it matters.

4. Updates and data

The app checks our download site for updates and installs signed updates. Some updates may be required to keep using connected services. The app keeps its data on your device; see the Privacy Policy for what it stores and what optional features send.

5. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any particular AI service, engine or operating system.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, revenue or goodwill;
• we are not liable for actions taken by AI agents, third-party programs or paired devices, or for charges you incur with third-party services;
• our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim and [PLACEHOLDER: an amount, e.g. 100 US dollars].

Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for gross negligence or intent (Turkish Code of Obligations, art. 115), or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

7. Export control

The app contains encryption (for example, end-to-end encryption of Hotshot Sync traffic and TLS). Its export and use may be subject to export-control and sanctions laws, including those of Türkiye, the European Union and the United States. You confirm that you are not in a country or on a list that those laws bar from receiving it, and that you will not export or use the app in breach of them.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. This licence ends automatically if you break it; you must then stop using the app. Sections 3, 5, 6, 9 and 10 survive termination.

9. Changes

We may update this agreement. We will show material changes in the app or on our website before they apply. If you keep using the app after a change applies, the new version governs; if you do not agree, stop using the app.

10. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the courts and execution offices of [PLACEHOLDER: city, to be confirmed by the lawyer]. If you are a consumer, you also keep any right to bring a claim in, and the protection of the mandatory laws of, the country where you live (including Turkish consumer arbitration committees where they apply).
