Hotshot Orchestrator
Installers for the team. Once installed, the app updates itself.
Looking for the latest release…
More workspaces: packages add kinds of workspace (a SQLite database, and more to come) without a new release. See the packages, or in the app choose Add workspace → More workspaces.
Installing on Android
Open this page on your phone and tap Android above. Android asks once before it installs an app that is not from the Play Store:
- When the download finishes, tap it (or open it from Downloads).
- If Android says your browser is not allowed to install apps, tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, and go back.
- Tap Install, then Open, and sign in with your Hotshot account.
To update, install the newer version from this page over the old one: your sign-in and devices stay.
First launch on macOS
The Mac build is not notarised by Apple yet, so the first launch shows “Apple could not verify ‘Hotshot Orchestrator’ is free of malware”. Right-click → Open no longer gets past this on macOS 15 and later. Do this instead:
- Open the .dmg and drag Hotshot Orchestrator into Applications.
- Open the app once. When the warning appears, click Done (not Move to Trash).
- Open System Settings → Privacy & Security.
Open Privacy & Security or Apple menu → System Settings → Privacy & Security - Scroll down to Security. Next to “Hotshot Orchestrator” was blocked to protect your Mac, click Open Anyway.
- Confirm with Open Anyway and your password or Touch ID. The app starts.
Or, in Terminal, one command does the same:xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Hotshot Orchestrator.app"
Only the first install needs this. Updates installed from inside the app open normally; macOS may ask again for Accessibility and Screen Recording.
First launch on Windows
The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows may show “Windows protected your PC”:
- Click More info.
- Click Run anyway, then follow the installer.
Only the first install needs this; the app updates itself afterwards.
